WEBSITE REDESIGN + CUSTOM PROPERTY FUNCTIONALITY
PG Rentals approached me looking for a refresh of the online presence. Their website was outdated, and they felt they needed a new look to compete for new owners as well as attract renters. We also brought in some new search functionality by being able to search by map and filter rental criteria!
A lot of the behind the scenes tech that they were using for posting rentals to their site was quite rigid and didn’t offer any flexibility in how they showcased each property. Using a custom property template for each rental gives the site an overall consistent look, but gave the customization needed as well.
Now, PG Rentals is able to showcase each property in its best light! The search and filter functionality is a great selling point to potential owners plus it gets renters into their properties faster when they can find what they’re looking for!
Check out the before and after. The old site was severely dated and was in desperate need of a makeover. The new site used photography of Colorado from a local resident to show the beauty of the areas they cover.
